Industrial Waste Heat DES

The industrial waste heat-to-energy process uses the waste heat generated in industrial production, which is recovered by heat exchange through Apollo MeMs power generation system; then the external thermal energy is converted into mechanical energy by leveraging the characteristics of working medium gas expanding when heated and compressing when cooled, thus driving the generator to generate green electricity.

This part of waste heat (e.g. high-temperature flue gas, heat of chemical reaction, etc.) generated in industrial production is recoverable and reusable generated. By turning industrial waste heat into usable energy, the Apollo MeMs power generation system will greatly help industrial enterprises conserve energy and increase efficiency.

The Apollo MeMs power generation system has the characteristics of low noise, modularization, simple operation, little maintenance (almost no maintenance of engine) and high thermal efficiency. In the industrial waste heat-to-energy process, the pollutants in the flue gas are fully burned and decomposed in the power generation chamber. This will effectively reduce the emission of harmful gases.

The industrial waste heat-to-energy process can use a wide range of available heat sources, and the generated green electricity can be used not only for the self-consumption of internal system but also for distributed energy storage stations (standalone power supply or grid connection), with remarkable economic benefits. Thanks to a series of policies and systems for China's combined heat and power generation industry, the Apollo MeMs power generation system will be applied in more and more fields. The industrial waste heat-to-energy process can be used in the cement industry, glass industry, steel industry, chemical industry, non-ferrous industry and other waste heat utilization scenarios.
