Yilihe and SEBO Join Hands to Build a Mobile Ultra-fast Charging Service Network in Beijing

China is accelerating the construction of new-type power system and actively developing new energy charging system. Against such a backdrop, Beijing Yilihe Energy Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yilihe") and Shanghai SEBO Haoduodian Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "SEBO") formally signed a cooperation agreement on developing a new ultra-fast charging service network integrating mobile energy storage and charging in Beijing on July 23, 2024. The two sides will carry out strategic cooperation in the fields of microgrid, virtual power plant, high-power wireless charging, integrated mobile generation, storage and charging services, and R&D and production of V2G facilities. Giving full play to their respective advantages in power transmission & distribution, power service and technological innovation, wireless charging and R&D of integrated storage and charging products, the two sides will jointly promote the construction of new-type power systems and the construction and development of new energy mobile ultra-fast charging service networks. Yilihe is affiliated to SGCC Beijing Power Supply Company. The signing ceremony of the cooperation between Yilihe and SEBO was attended by Liu Lei (Manager of SGCC E-town Power Supply Company), Liu Wenjun (Deputy Manager of SGCC E-town Power Supply Company), Liang Yong (Marketing Director of SGCC E-town Power Supply Company), Zhang Litao (Deputy General Manager of Yilihe) and Liu Jinxin (General Manager of Yilihe New Energy Division).

Tong Shanghui (Chief Scientist) and some middle and senior executives of Walden Technology Group also attended the signing ceremony. With in-depth industry experience and accumulated resources in the fields of new-type power system construction, urban green energy transformation and new energy vehicle charging, Yilihe will provide a solid market foundation and application scenarios for cooperation between the two sides. By virtue of its advanced technologies and innovation capacity in the fields of distributed green microgrid construction, integrated technical layout of power generation, storage and charging, and R&D and production of mobile energy storage and charging equipment, SEBO has injected continuous technical impetus into the partnership. The cooperation between the two sides will accelerate the construction of mobile energy storage and charging stations, thus solving the problems of difficult, slow and expensive charging of new energy vehicles in Beijing.

In the next step, the two sides will carry out in-depth cooperation on "construction of mobile ultra-fast charging station", "one-click pile-to-vehicle charging service", "R&D of V2G facilities" and "wireless charging service" to jointly build an ultra-fast charging service network in Beijing. By continuously launching mobile ultra-fast charging products that are differentiated and competitive, meet the needs of the market and users and operate stably, the two sides will meet the growing demand for charging services. In Phase I, 2,000 mobile energy storage and charging equipment will be quickly put into operations in the city proper, high-speed railway stations and airports. In Phase II, 30,000 mobile energy storage and charging equipment will be inaugurated successively to form a "Mobile Energy Storage Center" and a "Centralized V2G Network" with Beijing characteristics, an ultra-fast charging service network covering all districts and towns in the city, and providing high-quality ultra-fast charging services for 300,000 new energy vehicles (commercial purposes) and 100,000 small and medium-sized logistics vehicles in the city. The high-quality ultra-fast charging and energy replenishment services include "ultra-fast energy replenishment", "on-site service" and "fully recharging people and vehicles in five minutes". Going forward, the two sides will work closely to ensure the smooth implementation of cooperative projects and jointly promote the sustainable development and continuous innovation of the charging industry.

This cooperation project indicated that SEBO and Yilihe have taken a solid step in the field of ultra-fast mobile energy storage and charging services. By jointly building a mobile ultra-fast charging service network, the two sides will contribute to the development of Beijing's new energy industry. This cooperation project will also provide new ideas and directions for the sustainable development and innovation of the ultra-fast charging industry, advance the construction of new-type power systems and new energy charging systems, and further promote win-win outcomes along the industrial chain.
